Pricing:
Each autograph and inscription purchased is an
additional $6 to the price listed on the website.
Shipping:
Return shipping is flat rate of $10 for regular items (balls, photos, etc.),
and $12 for premium items (caps, equip, bats, jerseys, etc.)
Shipping cost is per order, not per item.
We do not accept SASE!
All items are returned via UPS ground.

Insurance:
Insurance up to $100 is included.
Additional insurance is available for $4 per every extra $100 of insurance.

With your item, include your order, and make sure it has all of the following:
Name, address, email address, and phone number.
Also include and specifics of the autograph you wish to receive
(location, pen type, etc.)
Please DO NOT SEND CAMERAS to have photos of the athlete signing your item.
Pictures will not be taken, cameras will not be returned.
If you wish to pay by credit card on an item you are mailing in,
you can either include the credit card number in the order,
or note on the order that you wish for us to call you when
the item is received for your information.
Do not call ahead with your credit card information,
it is easier and safer to make sure we have the item in hand
before taking any of your information.
Otherwise you can include a check or money order with
your item.

Certificates of Authenticity:
COA's are $5.
You will receive a hologram on your item
as well as a matching card with a hologram.
COA's MUST be purchased at time of order.
Once your item has been shipped back to you,
a COA cannot be distributed.
Forms of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders,
and personal checks.
Please note: Any bounced checks will result in a $35 fee.
